Advertisement
- Sponsor is advertised on the LABTA website for a 6-month duration once the partnership starts.
- Sponsor is advertised on LABTA email announcements and social media campaigns for 6 months.
- Sponsor is announced and welcomed throughout the in-person meeting and mentioned during the program.
- Tabletop display (provided by sponsor) at Registration Table and during Networking Reception at the sponsored meeting.
- Focused acknowledgement at the TM60 - Direct Members Round Table
Collateral
- Sponsor may provide collateral with their logo to be placed on each seat at the sponsored meeting (table favors, giveaways, drawing prizes, etc.)
Presentations
- Sponsor may give a 5 min presentation (inclusive of Q&A).
- PowerPoint, videos, slides, or any other media items must be presented 2 weeks prior to the meeting.
- If meeting topic is related to sponsor's service, there may be opportunity for sponsor rep(s) to be on panel or facilitate (Program Committee approval required).
Attendees & Seating
- Three (3) complimentary meeting registrations
- Registrations must be used for the event being sponsored and are not transferrable to any other event.
- One (1) reserved table at program (to invite paid guests to join sponsor's three registrants)
