Advertisement

• Sponsor is advertised on the LABTA website for a 1 month duration once the partnership starts.
• Sponsors are announced and welcomed throughout the in-person meeting and mentioned during the program.
• Tabletop display (provided by sponsor) at Registration table and during Networking Reception at the Sponsored meeting.
  
  

Collateral

• Sponsors may provide collateral with their logo to be placed on each seat at the Sponsored meeting (table favors, giveaways, drawing prizes, etc.)
  
  

Presentations

• Sponsors may give a 2 min presentation (inclusive of Q&A).
  • PowerPoint, videos, slides, or any other media items must be presented 2 weeks prior to the meeting.
    
    

Registrations

• One (1) complimentary meeting registration at the sponsored meeting
• $25 reduced registration fee per guest up to five (5) additional guests for the event being sponsored.
