Speaker: Tyler Hosford-Regional Security Manager-International SOS

Tyler Hosford is a Regional Security Manager for International SOS based in Los Angeles, CA. In that role he works with companies based in the Western US that operate around the world on issues of resilience, crisis management, risk, and threat assessment. By partnering with security and intelligence leaders he works to identify the challenges faced by clients and ideal options for the safety of employees and continuity of business operations. International SOS provides clients with insight, preparation, and training to face the ever-changing risks of today’s world. Tyler plays a key role as a client facing representative of the global security team for his clients. Tyler works on cross-functional duty of care initiatives on a global level working to enhance the offering and value proposition of International SOS to clients around the world. He takes leading roles on incident management teams that International SOS will deploy to crisis areas when needed. Prior to International SOS he was based in Singapore and then Hong Kong working on issues of workforce resilience and security in the Asia-Pacific region. His early work was with the U.S. Government focused on international and security issues.

Speaker: Harry Pak - Vice President of Business Development - OSI Systems, INC

Harry Pak is Vice President of Business Development at Rapiscan Systems, where he leads the identification and development of new market opportunities to drive sustainable growth. With more than 25 years of experience in the global security industry, he brings a deep and proven record of advancing innovation and delivering results across complex organizations.
Throughout his career, Harry has held senior leadership roles spanning Product Management, Government Program Delivery, Service Support, and Engineering, giving him a uniquely comprehensive perspective on both strategy and execution. A former Air Force Officer, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada and is deeply committed to strengthening international security through technology and collaboration.
